• Breakfast with delicious, high-quality products from our immediate surroundings: meat and sausage products from local butchers, eggs from the Forerhof farm in Selva dei Molini, bread from the village store, dairy products from the Mühlwalder Hofkäsereien dairy farm
• Half board with a three-course South Tyrolean dinner. If the menu doesn’t suit you one evening, we’ll always find an alternative.
• Car park directly in front of the house. A garage may also be available upon request.
• Guest Pass: as our guests, you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge . Reductions for an active and adventure program
• Cosy terrace/veranda to reflect on your day with a drink or fresh spring water.
• Sunny garden
• You can securely store your mountain bike and charge your e-bike if needed in the garage.
• The garage is also ideal for storing sports equipment such as skis or sledges.
• Small playground with a swing, slide, sandpit, and playhouse.
• Lounge with a communal kitchen, traditional tiled stove, TV, and board games.

• Televisions are available in the common areas.
• Use of the communal kitchen  for preparing snacks or small meals for your children.
• You are welcome to use our boiler room to dry your wet clothes and ski boots.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the booked services will apply.
For cancellations made 14 to 8 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 60% of the booked services will apply.
For cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked services will apply.

Holiday cancellation insurance
Sometimes, unexpected events arise. To avoid unnecessary inconvenience, we recommend taking out travel insurance. We recommend the Europäische travel cancellation insurance. This provides you with financial protection in the event of late arrival, early departure or if you are unable to start your holiday at all.
